50 Cent Calls Puff Daddy's "Last Train To Paris" Album "Garbage"
In a newly released interview with MLB.com, 50 Cent offered his opinion on Puff Daddy’s last retail album, Last Train to Paris.
The G-Unit frontman said Puff Daddy’s 2010 effort was “trash,” primarily citing his channeling of R&B and overuse of singing.
“When you see Last Train to Paris, to me, that’s an R&B record ‘cause of how much Puffy is singing on the record," 50 Cent says. "And then, I think it’s trash. I think that project is garbage because I didn’t think it was cool for Milli Vanilli to sing and I know he can’t actually hit the notes in front of us live.”
Elsewhere, 50 Cent revealed whether or not he still gets nervous before doing live shows.
“Of course,” 50 Cent says. “It doesn’t stop until the first 20 seconds into the actual performance, and then it’s all gone. It’s not nervous like, ‘Oh my God, I’m gonna have a breakdown.’ It’s the butterflies and the anticipation of it. And then about 20 seconds into the first song, something mechanical happens. I kind of turn into 50 Cent. And then the rest of it is just, what it is. The show just happens.
